At what time can I check in and check out?
Our check-in time is 15:00 and our check-out time is 11:00. If you have booked directly with us you can have an early check-in free of charge, if available, and a late check-out at noon. We offer late check-out up to 14:00 at an additional cost.
Can I store my luggage?
Certainly, we will be happy to store your luggage for you before check-in or after check-out.
Is there a minimum age to check in?
The minimum age to check in is 18 years. A valid passport or identification must be displayed upon check-in.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Hotel Hermitage is 100% non-smoking. If you smoke inside the hotel, a fine of €350 will be charged.
